Production process flow of insulated steel pipes:
Lift the steel pipe after shot blasting and rust removal to the threading platform.
2. Fix the bracket on the steel pipe with iron wire according to the thickness of the insulation layer.
3. Install the pipe shell, insert the high-density polyethylene pipe shell onto the steel pipe with the fixed bracket, and then seal both ends of the high-density polyethylene pipe shell with flanges. Inject polyurethane material into the middle of the pipe shell. For the convenience of installation and welding, according to the design regulations, the high-density polyethylene pipe shell is 150-250mm shorter than the steel pipe.
4. After the polyurethane material is foamed, remove the sealing flange; Pipe end treatment, horizontal placement of pipes and numbering.
5. After passing the inspection, hoist the insulation pipe to the finished product area.
